Mycometer mold+ allergen test

$179

Compare moldiness and total allergen levels between homes, and in different parts of a home with the USEPA verified Mycometer® system.

We test TWO ROOMS and provide NEXT DAY results. For each tested room you get three useful values:

1. Mycometer Air Fungi measures total levels of fungal particles from all molds. It’s a quantitative indicator of your potential mold exposure in the tested room.
2. Mycometer Air Allergen measures the presence of biological allergens such as dust mites, pollen, fungi, & pet dander. It’s a quantitative indicator of your total potential exposure to allergenic material but does not identify specific allergens.
3. The Fungal Allergen Index (FAI) combines the fungi and allergen results to differentiate between a fungal source in the room compared to high fungal levels due to lack of cleaning

In rooms without fungal growth, fungal particles typically comprise around 8% of the total amount of allergens (ranging from 1 to 22%). However, when there is a significant fungal source in the room or in a connected area, this percentage increases, in some cases mold constitutes more than 90% of the total allergens.

3D photo modelof the building exterior

Planning renovations? A 3D model shows you a property’s exterior from any angle, allows you to make on-screen measurements, and helps you discuss renovation options with designers and contractors from the comfort of you home.

We can make 3D models of a building from on-site pictures to show the latest surface features, which is usually more up-to-date than online mapping sources. 3D models are also useful to document a home’s exterior condition for insurance records too.
